About Us
Lift Well International, LLC was established in 2018. Since the introduction of the Liquid-Assisted Gas-Lift (LAGL) technology, Lift Well International (LWI) has continued to push the boundaries for what can be done to enhance artificial lift technology. LWI is enabling oil companies to conduct artificial lift safer, faster and more efficiently. With our founding member's analytical expertise, problems have been exposed and new solutions found. LWI provides proprietary, artificial lift systems.
Lift Well International is a provider of artificial services and equipment for oil and natural gas production. Lift Well International’s equipment and related services business includes the Lift POD (Production Optimization Device) unit, which utilizes the Liquid-Assisted Gas-Lift technology. Lift Well International’s equipment and parts sales business includes the fabrication and sale of the Lift POD at our facilities in Gordonville, Texas, sale of parts and components manufactured by third-party suppliers, as well as the development of software for artificial lift methods and production optimization.
Lift Well International’s services includes production analysis, optimization, and consulting. Lift Well International’s customers comprise a broad base of oil and natural gas exploration and production operating throughout many of the onshore producing regions of the United States as well as in foreign countries, including Oman and Australia. Lift Well International is own and managed by the executive management team listed below.

Tim Bridges - President
Tim Bridges has worked around the world both offshore and on- shore in leadership positions with some of the world’s global oil and gas companies. Tim started the Underbalanced Foam Completion and Drilling business for what is now called Weatherford. Tim is a seasoned businessman with many insights into the energy industry. Paulo Waltrich - CTO
Dr. Paulo Waltrich currently is an Associate Professor at Louisiana State University and one of the principal investigators for the Gas-Lift Valve Clearinghouse (VPC Consortium) and LSU Gas-Lift Test Facility. He is one of the co-founders of LWI and specialist in LAGL. Dr. Waltrich has very successful track record of creating IP and having innovation as his expertise with programming and automation. Lee Norris - Executive Advisor
Dr. Lee Norris, formerly with ExxonMobil, ScandPower. One of the principal developers of the OLGA Flow Model. He has been with the LWI team since the start-up phase and has been contributing to optimize the Lift POD system.
